1.About these terms
These terms apply to your use of anthrasec.com (“the website”), which is operated by Anthrasec Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17472650, with its office at Hill House, High Street, Uxbridge, England UB8 1JT(“we”, “us”, “our”).

3.Changes to these terms and the website
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version, and the version in place when you use the website applies. We may also update, suspend or remove any part of the website without notice. We don't guarantee the website will always be available or free of interruptions.
4.Using the website
You may use the website for lawful purposes only. You must not:

Breaching these rules may be a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We may report breaches to the relevant authorities and co-operate with them.
5.Security testing and reporting vulnerabilities
As a cybersecurity company we take the security of our own systems seriously. Please do not carry out security testing of this website or our systems without our written permission.
If you believe you've found a security vulnerability, please report it to us privately at reach@anthrasec.com with “Security vulnerability” in the subject. Give us a reasonable amount of time to investigate and fix it before sharing it with anyone else, and don't access, change or delete data that isn't yours. We appreciate responsible disclosure.
6.Intellectual property
The website and its content, including text, design, graphics, illustrations, the Anthrasec name and our logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.
You may view the website and print or download extracts for your own reference or to share within your organisation, as long as you don't modify them and you acknowledge us as the source. You may not use our content, name or logo for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Some photographs are used under licence from Unsplash. Other companies' names, products and logos shown on the website are the trade marks of their owners, are used only to identify their products, and don't imply endorsement or partnership unless we say so.
7.Information on the website
The content on the website, including insights, guides, reports and statistics, is provided for general information only. It isn't professional advice and shouldn't be relied on as such. You should get advice specific to your circumstances before acting on it.
We work to keep the website accurate and up to date, but we don't guarantee that its content is complete, accurate or current. Where we quote third-party sources, the source is identified and we aren't responsible for it.
8.Forms, enquiries and applications
When you use a form on the website, such as an enquiry, a meeting request, a newsletter sign-up or a job application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you're entitled to share it.
Submitting an enquiry or booking a meeting doesn't create a contract for services. A meeting request is confirmed only when we confirm it. Uploaded files must not contain viruses or anything unlawful.
9.Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, such as our social media profiles, maps and sources we cite. We don't control those websites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or how they handle your data. A link doesn't mean we endorse them.
10.Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that can't be limited or excluded by law.
The website is provided free of charge and “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content, including loss of profits, revenue, business, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
We take care to keep the website free of viruses and security threats, but we can't guarantee it. You should use your own up-to-date security software.
11.General
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will continue to apply. If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
These terms, and any dispute arising from them or your use of the website, are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
