Life at Anthrasec

How we work together

We're remote-first by design, not by accident. We write things down, protect focus time, and make time to connect as people, not just colleagues.

  • Async by default

Clear written updates and documentation, so you're not tied to meetings or time zones.

Meeting-light days so there's time for deep, thoughtful work.

  • Connected as a team

  • Flexible hours

Structure your day around your life, with a few shared hours for collaboration.

Every role is fully remote right now, so you can join us from anywhere in the UK. As we grow, we plan to introduce hybrid working with time together in London. We'll always tell you upfront how a role works before you apply.

Questions

Before you apply

Are all roles really fully remote?

Yes, for now every role is fully remote within the UK. We plan to introduce hybrid working with time in London as we grow, and each job advert will always say how that role works.

Do you sponsor visas?

At the moment we're unable to offer visa sponsorship, so you'll need the right to work in the UK.

Can I apply for more than one role?

Yes, apply for any role that fits. We'll consider you for others too if you give us permission to keep your details.

I don't see a role for me. Can I still get in touch?

We'd love to hear from you. Send a speculative application via the Reach page and we'll keep your details on file, with your permission.

How do you use my data?

Only to assess your application and contact you about it. Equality monitoring answers are optional, stored separately and never seen by the people making hiring decisions.
