1.Our commitment
Anthrasec Limited wants everyone to be able to use our website, whatever their abilities and however they access the web. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, voice control, magnification, or who are sensitive to motion.
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the widely recognised standard for accessible websites.
2.Using our website
You should be able to:
- navigate the whole website using just a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link
- zoom in up to 400% without content being cut off or needing to scroll sideways
- use the website on phones, tablets and desktops of any size
- use a screen reader, with page landmarks, headings in a logical order and descriptive link and button text
- understand images through text descriptions, while purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers
- complete forms with clear labels, required fields marked, and specific error messages that move your focus to the problem
- turn off animation: if your device is set to reduce motion, animations and moving backgrounds are switched off
- read text with sufficient colour contrast against its background
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
3.How accessible this website is
We believe this website partially meets WCAG 2.2 level AA. Most of the website works well, but there are some known limitations, listed below, which we are working to fix.
4.Known limitations
- Rotating content: the “How we work” steps and the “Why doing business with Anthrasec” reasons on our home page change automatically every few seconds. You can select any step or reason directly, but there isn't yet a button to pause the rotation. The moving strip of technology logos on our AI & Automation page pauses when you hover over it, but not yet from the keyboard. Setting your device to reduce motion stops the logo strip. We plan to add pause controls.
- Forms awaiting connection: the meeting booking panel and contact forms are being connected to our systems. Until then, please email or call us using the details below if you have any trouble.
- Linked websites: links to third-party sites, such as our social media profiles and Google Maps, take you to websites we don't control, whose accessibility may vary.
5.How we tested this website
This statement was prepared on 27 September 2026. The website was tested by our own team using:
- automated checks against WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules using axe-core, across the home page, services, AI & Automation, company, reach, careers (including the job application form), search, privacy and cookie pages. The issues it found were fixed
- manual checks of keyboard navigation, focus order and visibility, and behaviour with reduced motion switched on
- checks at phone, tablet and desktop sizes
Automated tools can't catch every accessibility issue, and the website has not yet been independently audited. We plan to arrange an independent audit, including testing with assistive technology users.
6.Feedback and contact
If you find a problem with our website, or need information in a different format such as large print, easy read or audio, please tell us:
- email reach@anthrasec.com with “Accessibility” in the subject
- call +44 7899 838792
- write to Anthrasec Limited, Hill House, High Street, Uxbridge, England UB8 1JT
We aim to reply within 5 working days. If you're applying for a job and need adjustments at any stage, you can also tell us in your application; see our careers page.
7.If you're not happy with our response
We're committed to making things right. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) for advice on your rights under the Equality Act 2010.
8.What we're doing to improve
- adding pause controls to all automatically moving and rotating content
- arranging an independent accessibility audit, including testing with assistive technology users
- checking accessibility as part of building every new page and feature
We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make significant changes to the website.
